Las tipologías nos ayudan a comprender espacialmente como se comportan los predios, al saber esto realizamos un diagnóstico y encontramos tres tipologías espaciales las cuales son bloque compacto, el cual se maneja como un bloque solido con dos fachadas a la calle pero que no maneja ningún recorrido entre las calles, el segundo es el bloque rectangular que permite una continuidad y permite generar un acceso entre calles y por ultimo el predio subdividido el cual es el resultado de la división predial y que se comporta como un bloque compacto sin ninguna relación entre las calles.

The typologies help us to understand spatially how the properties behave, knowing this we made a diagnosis and we found three spatial typologies which are compact block, which is handled as a solid block with two facades to the street but does not handle any route between the streets, the second is the rectangular block that allows a continuity and allows to generate an access between streets and finally the subdivided property which is the result of the property division and which behaves like a compact block without any relationship between the streets. .
